role
I designed for veterinary clinics that depend on SmartFlow to manage every patient on their floor. High-pressure teams running procedures, tracking medications, and handing off patients across a full shift. The software was supposed to hold all of it together. Instead, it was sending them to paper.
Reflection
The work opened a larger conversation about what SmartFlow could become. A native calculator was the first step. The next is a clinical decision support layer: dosage thresholds, drug interaction flags, and weight-adjusted recommendations surfaced at the moment a clinician needs them.
